Designed and handmade in the United Kingdom, our pieces are inspired by natural history, a growing collection of vintage finds 

and an exploration of traditional crafts.

 

Where possible, chain and findings have been manufactured in UK factories, while vintage components are sourced worldwide.

 

 

Payment

 

All major credit and debit cards are accepted worldwide via PayPal.

A PayPal account is not necessary to make a transaction. 

 

Currency rates

• As we are based in the United Kingdom, payments are made in GBP £.
• All our prices are calculated to current rates of currency exchange.
• Some banks exchange rates may vary slightly from prices shown.

 

 

Delivery

 

Packages are dispatched from the United Kingdom within 1-5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail.

UK Domestic Shipping

• UK shipping is sent via Royal Mail First Class.
• Delivery time is estimated at 1 - 3 working days, not including production time.

 

International Shipping

• Standard international shipping is sent via Royal Mail Airmail.
• Delivery time is estimated at 6 - 28 working days.
• For an additional fee, Airsure® or International Signed For provide online tracking and priority handling.

Please note that tracking is not included in the standard shipping costs.

• Replacements for lost packages are only guaranteed for orders shipped via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery,
  Airsure and International Signed For.
• Delivery times such as 'Next Day' refer to delivery times only and do not include production time.

• Buyer is responsible for any import/custom charges.

United Kingdom Special Delivery: 19th December
International Airmail (Western Europe): 7th December
International Airmail (Eastern Europe, USA and Canada): 5th December
International Airmail (everywhere else): 30th November

 

 

International Signed for and Airsure are recommended for added speed and online tracking.

Returns

 

Returns are only accepted for items of unworn/undamaged condition in their original box and packaging,

otherwise this policy may be rendered void.

 

Contact must be made within 14 days of receipt of order.  

 

Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

 

Alterations are available upon request.

Please contact us prior to sending for the return address. Buyer is responsible for all postage costs.
